We had to bring our baby to the vet she had parvo first stage . The front desk Austin was so nice and caring he went above n beyond .. The nurse came out to check her she was exceptionally nice and caring The day shift came on and they checked her out these people are so loving and caring for our animals it truly show. All of u need a Raise (hope u get one) lol of u Ever Need A Vet Please Go To Animal Emergency and Specialty Center of Nw

My name is Noah Hillyard. I am an ICU nurse and spent five twelve hour days taking care of someone who could've no longer been with us at any point and time during my shifts. I was on edge, and I take a lot of pride in my ability to provide compassionate care. I spent all of those days being a calm beacon of support, holding in my emotions, and communicating with the family through all of this. Two of those days, I went home crying because of the emotional connection that I created with them. I had a great last day, exhausted, but great day, went home late, and started relaxing. I made the mistake of letting my Shiba, Miko, have access to some double dark chocolate cookies. I rushed her to AESC calmly and promptly to get her the care she needed. Once I realized how serious this could be, I broke down. I couldn't hold it in anymore, and I was an emotional mess that could not be mediated by anything. I was no longer to be a strong emotional support beacon as my skills had been exhausted. The night shift, Dr Thomachek (not sure how to spell) and Savvy, were able to be the beacon of support that I needed to help calm myself and get through this stressful event. I was incredibly impressed at their ability to provide calm, strategic care, while also being obviously empathetic. They were my support in my time of need. I could tell that they saw my hurt, and hurt for me while trying to console me. Shout out to Dr Taylor, who called me with updates and had a great conversation with me when I showed up in person to check on her. Overall, I am incredibly impressed with the care provided by this facility, and I will forever recommend their expertise when it comes to handling any of my or others future emergencies with their little loved ones. I hope that these providers continue to touch the lives of those they care for, as they have touched mine and I will never forget them. Thank you guys so much again for saving my Miko and I hope that my donation can help your facility continue to thrive.
