I used this service twice for my cat, both were very urgent situations.The first time I paid in full , no matter what they asked the second time around was a lot worse than I didn't have any money up front, but they still treated her like an animal.And they did what they needed to do to get situation under control and figure out a game plan.I cannot thank them enough. I feel comfortable in talking with them options , and I feel like they genuinely care and that's why I choose this animal hospital over every other veterinary care practice in springdale.

I have brought all of my furbabies here since before it became St. Francis. Dr. Rachel actually started as a front assistant then fell in love with so she went and got her DVM. The staff here are all amazing. They have helped me through some very, very difficult times.when I was placed in thr hospital I had nowhere to send my two boys. I called St. Francis Hospital. They sent someone to my home and picked up my boys to board them. It was such a relief for me. I can't say enough positive things about these people and this place.

I called at least five other vets before I got a hold of this vet. I had the pleasure of speaking with Stephanie, who treated my concerns for my pet as if they were her own. She took the time to help me, make the correct decision and help me with as many resources as she could. Will be bringing my animals here in the future!

Dr. Kate Williams is hands down the best veterinarian I have ever had the pleasure of meeting. My family and I have used her for over 15 years and we always leave knowing we have received the best veterinary care possible. From dogs to cats to lizards and more. (We’ve always had a zoo of animals lol) She has always handled my 20 pound cat who hates the vet with ease. He is always very scared and spicy but that never stops her from giving him the absolute best care. She takes the time to answer all of our questions & explain everything to us in a way that makes perfect sense to us. Every time we visit Dr.Kate I leave with piece of mind knowing that we have given our animals everything possible to live long, happy & healthy lives. I would travel across state lines to receive veterinary care from her if we ever had to. Shes that good.
